Shop Front
In order for our shop/ art installation to come alive, i created a simple shop front. I think its important for everything to go together so that the customer knows that this a Feel store. As I've said previously, The braille is that part of the logo we want people to recognise as well as know that its the Feel logo.
Website Update - Adding Social Media
After creating the social media for our brand, I decided to add the social media icons to the website. This is vital for those who find the website but want to follow us and find out more about what the company do. Also its a great way for people to share our brand.
Final Logo
As a group, we decided that the green worked perfectly for our brand and works really well with the grey background. Its a logo that we are all really happy with and puts across exactly what we want.
Creating Social Media for Feel
Today I took it upon myself to create the social media for our brand Feel. Even though our brand is fully about the texture of things, getting out brand out there to every type of person is very important. It helps get our name out to a wider audience.
I firstly created an Instagram page as we can appeal to those who can see and show through photos the textures of the items and what our brand is really about.
I then decided to create a Facebook page and twitter to go along side this, giving us a chance to update customers with whats up and coming as well as whats happening with the Feel brand.
I chose to use the braille as a profile picture as that is the signature part of our company and we want that to be something people recognise as our brand. All the headers for the profiles are the full logo. I think this works really well and after showing the group we all decided that it shows our brand how we would like it to be shown.

Website Progress
As a group we decided to go with green for the logo as it goes perfectly with the grey and cream as well as the image chosen for our website. When aligning the logo, i found that it looked stupid in the middle as the logo is all aligned to the right. The placed it to the right and i think i fits perfectly there. Once showing it to the group, we agreed that the logo should always be aligned to the right on everything.

Integrating the blind into society
We as a brand have thought about the blind and the non visually impaired and created something that appeals and works for both types of people.
Everything to do with our brand has to be well thought out, From the types of fabrics to the lighting in the store.
Everything is with the blind in mind, If you weren't to see anything you'd still get that FEEL experience that those with sight would also have.
Its a way on integrating the blind into society. Creating a store and brand that is for both types of people gives the blind a sense of equality. Its a store that is accessible for everyone and gives a different experience to everyone but one that people will remember.
Something that is important is that some of the employees should be visually impaired, this gives those who are sense of comfort and making it equal between both types of people. A lot of employees won't employ someone if they are visually impaired. And why? because they can't see where they're going or they don't represent the company, where everyone has to be stylish and on trend?
we hope to integrate the blind into society and show those companies that it doesn't matter if you're visually impaired, you can shop and work anywhere.
FEEL is a company which is all about equality, everyone is welcome and FEEL is for everyone.
